Terrible support - I have used this product for years

I have used this product for years and it worked fine for the most part. Any problem i had i resolved myself. Then I did a new setup in a different company and as i imported old mailboxes i noticed that some emails where not being imported. no error messages to work on either. I had no option but to contact support. I tried my best to keep there support team focused on resolving this issue. I put over 100 hrs into resolving this issue myself to no avail. The ticket was opened in November and 2 months later i still have no resolution. Best advise i can give anyone is stay away. This is not the solution you are looking for.

Support is the worst i have experienced in 15 years in IT. They just do not care about there customers.

GFI MailArchiver I had a Guy from GFI look into last year and he said after a few days of trying to find out what it was to leave it as the emails are being processed. But I want to put this account onto my phone and do no like the idea of having 100's of messages filling up my mail account.
