Probably it’s address is C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsBurnout(TM) Paradise The Ultimate Box.Just open the BurnoutConfigTool. In the tool you will find a thing called Anti-Aliasing. It will be set to none. But, change it to 2x. Now save and exit it and try to start Burnout Paradise using Burnout Launcher. See if it works.

If it still behaves in the same way then just try changing the Anti-Aliasing to 4x. I am sure that in this way you can surely make you Burnout Paradise work.
