At Winter NAMM 2007, Focusrite unveiled the Saffire Pro 10 i/o FireWire audio interface, featuring the same preamps and converters as the original Saffire. It also offers the same I/O and monitoring control software, SaffireControl Pro, as well as Compression, Reverb, Amp Modeling and EQ VST/Audio Units plug-ins. In addition, multiple units can be combined. The Focusrite Saffire PRO 10 I/O is a multichannel FireWire interface with the same highly integrated I/O and monitoring control software as the 26 I/O. The 10 I/O can handle larger recording jobs thanks its ability to link multiple units, all controlled via the same software control platform. © 2018 Focusrite Audio Engineering Plc.
